To be eligible for bachelor's courses and programmes taught in English, you must meet the general and specific entry requirements.
To meet the general entry requirements for bachelor's studies, you must:
Have successfully completed your upper secondary (high school) education GCE Advanced Level.
Master's requirements
To be eligible for Master's course and programmes taught in English, You must meet the general and specific entry requirements.
To meet the general entry requirements for master's level (second cycle) studies, you must have been awarded a O4 Year Bachelor's degree (equivalent to a Hons Degree) from an internationally recognised university.
English language requirements
To be eligible for university studies in Sweden, you must show that you meet the English requirements for the course or programme.
What is the requirement?
Bachelor's level
For courses and programmes at the bachelor's level, the general entry requirement for English is studies equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.
A "C" Pass In GCE A/L or IELTS 6.5
Master's level
For most master's level courses and programmes, the requirement is also the equivalent of the Swedish upper secondary course English 6. You can meet that level from having a
O4 Year Bachelor's degree (equivalent to a Hons Degree) Taught in English
or By Having IELTS 6.5 Above.
